Renée Pompei, DDS earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Government and Economics with a minor in Business from the College of William & Mary. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Pompei worked as an information technology and strategy consultant for a global management consulting firm for 5 years. While Dr. Pompei enjoyed having the opportunity to work in this field and travel all over the country, this career path was ultimately not her passion. It was during this time that she got braces to straighten her smile, inspiring her to become an orthodontist herself.
