High Line Orthodontics is proud to offer virtual orthodontic consultations as a convenient and efficient way for patients to seek professional advice and guidance without having to visit our physical office. By following the directions below, you can connect with us remotely, saving you time and allowing you to explore orthodontic options from the comfort of your own home.
High Line Orthodontics is proud to offer complimentary virtual screenings. Here’s how it works:
STEP ONE
Schedule a time here to meet with our treatment coordinator over video chat to discuss your orthodontic treatment needs and desires.
STEP TWO
Through our link, submit photos of your teeth, bite and smile. We cannot complete a virtual screening without photos—these are critical!
STEP THREE
Complete the new patient intake paperwork we email you, which will include your health history and dental insurance information*.
*Completing intake paperwork prior to the virtual consultation is essential in order to give accurate recommendations and cost estimates.Â
Dr. Pompei will review all of your information, including recent X-rays from your dentist, if possible. Based on this information, Dr. Pompei is able to determine:
This information is given to the treatment coordinator, who then will review it with you over video chat. If you think it is a good fit and you’d like to move forward, she will schedule an in-person comprehensive orthodontic exam to confirm what was discussed over video chat.
Please note that if we don’t receive photos 24 hours prior to your scheduled virtual appointment, we will be forced to cancel it.
In person exams and full records are necessary before any final diagnosis is made or treatment offered or recommended.
